After leading technology initiatives at Fortune 500 companies and advising hundreds of executives through transformation projects, I saw the same pattern. Leaders had access to endless information but struggled to find practical frameworks they could actually implement on Monday morning.
So in 2018, I started sharing the frameworks I used with my advisory clients. The response was immediate. Executives didn't want more theory—they wanted proven methods, real numbers, and honest assessments of what actually works.
